Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is Basic really free?
Yes. Basic is not a trial but a plan with no end date: CRM, projects and tasks for unlimited users, with 1 Circle and 500 MB storage. No credit card, and you never have to move. You can add Time & Resources and Billing to it per user.
Can part of my team be on Basic and part on Core?
No. The plan covers your whole team: either everyone is on Basic, or everyone is on Core. That is deliberate: roles, permissions and private projects only work when everyone is under the same agreement.
Can different people have different modules?
Yes, that is exactly the difference. A consultant gets Time & Resources, the finance admin gets Billing, and the rest of your team gets neither. Both also work on Basic, and Billing does not need Time & Resources. A team of 10 where 3 people log hours and 1 person invoices pays 3 × $25 plus 1 × $25 on Basic, so $100 per month ($80 billed annually). The rest of your team stays free.
How does annual billing work if someone leaves mid-year?
We work out how many months were already paid for that user and keep the remainder as a credit for your next new user. You never lose what you already paid.
Is there a platform fee or a minimum number of users?
No. No platform fee, no minimum, no lock-in. On Basic you only pay for Time & Resources and Billing, for the people who use them; on Core you also pay per user for Core.
How is VAT calculated?
Tax treatment is determined at checkout, based on your country of establishment and company details. Dutch customers are charged Dutch VAT. For business customers in other EU countries, VAT can be reverse-charged with a valid VAT number. Outside the EU, local tax rules may apply.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Core, Time & Resources and Billing free for 14 days each, with full access. Note the difference with Basic. That is not a trial but a plan with no end date, where nothing runs out.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Annual billing saves 20%, on Core and on the modules. From 25 users we put together custom pricing. Contact our team for that.
