Frequently asked questions about pricing
Is Basic really free?
Yes. Basic is not a trial but a plan with no end date: CRM, projects and tasks for unlimited users, with 1 workspace and 500 MB storage. No credit card, and you never have to move. Once you want roles and permissions, private projects, a second workspace, Hummy AI or the modules, you go to Core.
Why is Core $25 and not cheaper?
Because everything is included: CRM, project management, tasks, kanban, timeline, reporting, and Hummy AI. There is no lite version, no feature gates, no upgrade path. You get the full product from day one. The price reflects that: one flat amount, nothing hidden.
Is Hummy AI really included? No extra charge?
Correct. Hummy is not an add-on and not a separate tier. It is part of how FlowQi works, built into every project, task, and client record. Every Core user has Hummy. Always.
What are the Time & Resources and Billing modules?
These are specialist modules for specific roles. Time & Resources is for team members who track billable hours, manage capacity, and plan resources: consultants, project leads, account managers. Billing is for the people who create invoices, manage products, and handle accounting integrations, typically finance or admin. Team members who do not use these features never pay for them. Billing always comes with Time & Resources: invoices are built from logged hours, so the module does not stand on its own.
Who exactly am I paying for?
Core applies to your whole workspace. If you take Core it is $25 per user for everyone working in it; you cannot put three people on Basic and five on Core. The modules are charged per person, only for those who use them, and they work on the free Basic plan too. If someone only needs to track hours, you pay $25 for that person and nothing else.
Can different team members have different modules?
Yes, for the modules. A consultant gets Time & Resources, the finance admin gets Billing on top of it, and the rest of your team gets neither. The plan underneath is the same for everyone: your whole workspace is either on Basic or on Core. You move to Core once you need roles and permissions or want to work with multiple Circles.
How does annual billing work if a user leaves mid-year?
If you are on annual billing and a user leaves before the year ends, we calculate how many months were already paid for that user and apply the remaining balance as a credit toward your next new user. You never lose what you already paid.
What happens when someone doesn't use FlowQi for a month?
As long as that person has access to your workspace, billing continues. If someone has stopped using FlowQi for good, remove their account. That takes effect from your next invoice.
Is there a platform fee or minimum number of users?
No. No platform fee, no minimum users, no lock-in. You pay per user for Core, and the modules only for the team members who use them.
Is there a free trial?
For Core there is: request a trial and you get full access to every module, so you can explore the whole product at your own pace. Note the difference with Basic. That is not a trial but a plan with no end date, with CRM and project management for unlimited users. Nothing runs out there and you never have to move.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Annual billing saves 20% across all modules. For teams of 25+ users we also offer volume pricing. Contact our team for a custom quote.
