Two milestones in one day
The office opening and the product launch were never meant to be separate events. We built FlowQi the same way we wanted the company itself to work — together, in one place, with the full picture in view. Opening the Utrecht office on the same day the platform went live felt right.
It marks the point where an idea, years of building, and a team of people who believed in it became something real that other companies can now use.
Why we built FlowQi
FlowQi didn’t start as an idea — it started as a pattern we kept seeing across companies, teams and industries. As organisations grow, their way of working becomes more fragmented, not because the work is more complex, but because the systems around it are.
We believe software is shifting from passive systems that store information to active systems that do the work with you. FlowQi is our answer to that shift — one platform where client, project, planning and invoicing come together in one continuous flow, with AI that operates inside the workflow instead of bolted on the side.

What’s next
We’re building this bootstrapped, without outside pressure to fit existing categories or ship before we’re proud of it. The launch isn’t a finish line — it’s the starting point.
