The 6 best Scoro alternatives in 2026

Six alternatives to Scoro for agencies and service firms, with what a team of 10 pays and where each one fits. FlowQi is our own product, so we say where it falls short too.

Serkan Ardahanli, founder of FlowQi
Short answer

Below Scoro's five-user minimum, FlowQi is the one with no minimum and a free plan: €100 a month for a team of 10 where 3 track time and 1 invoices. Productive is the closest like-for-like suite and publishes its price. Teamwork.com suits client delivery billed from logged hours. Function Point is built for agencies and publishes a price. Accelo and Kantata both quote per company, so budget for a sales conversation before you see a number.

Why teams look at something else

Four things that decide the bill, and how FlowQi handles each one.

Five users minimum, and no free plan

Every Scoro combination is priced from five users, so a team of three pays for five. There is a 14-day trial, but no free plan.

At FlowQi

Basic is free for unlimited users, with CRM, projects and tasks. No minimum and no trial clock.

You always buy at least two apps

Scoro is eight apps. Time tracking sits in Track, resource planning in Resource, quotes in Estimate and invoices in Invoice, and the platform always contains at least two of them.

At FlowQi

Time and capacity planning sit together in one module at €25 per user, and invoicing is a second module at €25. You pay per person for the module that person uses.

Time, planning and invoicing sit in different packages

Time and invoices together cost €15 per user. Time and resource planning together cost €25. All three in one lands on the €52 package, or a combination you assemble yourself.

At FlowQi

Anyone who only looks at projects and tasks stays free on Basic. You add a module for the people who track time or invoice, not for the whole team.

Getting set up takes a while

Scoro says running fully takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or months. You can set it up yourself up to 15 people; above that Scoro runs the onboarding.

At FlowQi

You start on Basic with the whole team and switch modules on when you are ready. You talk to the people who build it.

The alternatives

1. FlowQi

Our product

Best when only part of the team needs time and invoicing.

  • €100 for a team of 10
  • No minimum
  • Free plan
Choose FlowQi if

you are below five users, or only part of your team tracks time. Everyone works free on Basic with CRM, projects and tasks. Time & Resources, which covers time tracking and capacity planning, is €25 per user for the people who use it, and Billing is €25 per user for the people who invoice. For a team of 10 where 3 track time and 1 invoices, that is €100 a month.

Less suited if

you need deep financial reporting or multiple currencies today. Roles and permissions, private projects and reporting sit in Core, at €25 per user for the whole team. FlowQi is also young, with few public reviews, where Scoro has years of them.

What you get and what it costs

Strong at

  • CRM, projects and tasks free for the whole team.
  • Time tracking and capacity planning in one module.
  • Invoices built from logged hours, on the free plan too.
  • You talk to the people who build it.

  • Young product with few public reviews.
  • Less financial depth than an established suite.

Choose Productive if

you want the same kind of suite as Scoro without the five-user minimum. Essential is $12 per user per month, or $10 billed yearly, and already covers budgeting, resource planning, time tracking, expenses and reporting. For a team of 10 that is $120 a month.

Less suited if

you need invoicing, rate cards or billable time approvals. Those start on Professional at $29 per user per month, which more than doubles the bill. There is no free plan.

Strengths, weaknesses and prices

Strong at

  • Budgets and resource planning already on Essential.
  • Reporting on project profitability.
  • Mobile and desktop apps on every plan.

Weaker at

  • Invoicing and rate cards only on Professional.
  • No free plan.

3. Teamwork.com

Best for client delivery billed from logged time.

  • $249.90 for a team of 10
  • Free up to 5 users
  • Prices in dollars
Choose Teamwork.com if

your work is client projects and you bill from the hours your team logs. Basics starts at $9.99 per user per month billed yearly, with a minimum of 3 users. Invoicing from logged time sits on Accelerate, at $24.99 per user billed yearly, with a minimum of 5.

Less suited if

you want quotes and a sales pipeline in the same place. Quotes sit on Optimize, which is priced on request, and the free plan stops at 5 users and 5 projects.

Strengths, weaknesses and prices

Strong at

  • Free plan for up to 5 users and 5 projects.
  • Invoicing from logged time on Accelerate.
  • Built around client work and billable hours.

  • Basics: $9.99 per user billed yearly, minimum 3.
  • Accelerate: $24.99 per user billed yearly, minimum 5.
  • Optimize and Enterprise: on request.
Work planning view in Function Point: planned work per designer per day across a week

4. Function Point

Best agency-specific suite with a published price.

  • $580 for a team of 10
  • Onboarding fee applies
  • Prices in dollars
Choose Function Point if

you want a system built specifically for agencies, with estimates, jobs, time and financials in one place, and a named success manager. Standardize is $58 per user per month, or $53 billed yearly, and includes estimating and invoicing.

Less suited if

you are cost-sensitive or want to start small. It is the most expensive published price in this list, a one-off onboarding fee applies, and no minimum team size or free plan is published.

Strengths, weaknesses and prices

Strong at

  • Estimates, jobs, time and financials built for agencies.
  • Estimating and invoicing on both plans.
  • Named success manager.

Weaker at

  • Highest published price per user here.
  • One-off onboarding fee on top.

Prices

  • Standardize: $58 per user ($53 billed yearly).
  • Optimize: on request.
  • Onboarding fee: quoted per company.
Revenue dashboard in Accelo: actual revenue, cost, profit and margin, with revenue per department

5. Accelo

Best when you want a guided rollout and accounting integrations.

  • Price on request
  • Guided rollout
  • Xero and QuickBooks listed
Choose Accelo if

you run a professional services firm and want the vendor to guide the rollout rather than hand you a trial. Accelo covers sales, quotes, projects, retainers, tickets, time and billing, and lists integrations with Xero, QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct.

Less suited if

you want to compare prices before you talk to anyone. Accelo publishes no price, no minimum team size and no free plan, so the first number arrives through a sales conversation.

Strengths, weaknesses and prices

Strong at

  • Retainers and service tickets alongside projects.
  • Accounting integrations listed.
  • Guided implementation.

Weaker at

  • No published price.
  • No free plan or self-serve start.

6. Kantata

Best for resource forecasting in larger services firms.

  • Price on request
  • Mid-market and up
  • Skills and forecasting
Choose Kantata if

you are past the point where a spreadsheet of who is free still works. Kantata is built around resource management: skills, utilisation, demand against supply, and forecasting which roles you will be short of.

Less suited if

you are a small agency. Kantata targets mid-market and enterprise services firms, publishes no price and no free plan, and the depth it adds is depth a small team will not use.

Strengths, weaknesses and prices

Strong at

  • Skills inventory and resource forecasting.
  • Supply and demand planning.
  • Built for larger services organisations.

Weaker at

  • No published price.
  • Heavy for a small agency.

Prices

  • All plans: quoted per company.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Scoro alternative for a small agency?

Below Scoro's five-user minimum, FlowQi is the one with no minimum: Basic is free for unlimited users, and you add Time & Resources or Billing at €25 per user only for the people who use them. Productive is the closest like-for-like suite, from 3 seats at $12 per user per month, with budgeting, resource planning and time tracking on its first plan.

Does Scoro have a free plan?

No. Scoro offers a 14-day trial, and every combination is priced from five users. Among the alternatives, FlowQi Basic is free for unlimited users with no end date, and Teamwork.com has a free plan for up to 5 users and 5 projects. Productive, Function Point, Accelo and Kantata publish no free plan.

Which Scoro alternative is cheapest for a team of 10?

For a team of 10 where 3 people track time and 1 sends invoices, FlowQi costs €100 a month, or €75 if nobody invoices from FlowQi. Productive Essential is $120 at monthly billing, or $100 billed yearly, but invoicing there needs Professional. Teamwork.com Accelerate is $249.90 billed yearly and Function Point Standardize is $580. Scoro Time-billing is $170 for that team.

Which Scoro alternatives publish their prices?

FlowQi, Productive, Teamwork.com and Function Point publish prices. Accelo and Kantata do not: both quote per company based on your size and needs, so the first number comes out of a sales conversation.

Why do teams leave Scoro?

Usually the entry terms rather than the product. Every combination starts at five users with no free plan, you always buy at least two of the eight apps, and time tracking with resource planning and invoicing together only arrive on the $57 package. Scoro also says getting fully up and running takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or months. On the product itself, reviewers rate it highly.

What does Scoro cost for a team of 10?

Time-billing, which covers time tracking and invoicing, is $17 per user per month, so $170 for 10 people. Time tracking with resource planning is $29 per user, and all eight apps together are $57 per user, so $570 for 10. Every combination has a minimum of five users. Prices checked on 18 September 2026.

Can I move from Scoro to FlowQi?

Yes. FlowQi imports contacts, organisations and projects from CSV files. Decide beforehand which other Scoro data you need to keep, such as invoices, quotes or time entries, because those are not part of that import.

Start free with your whole team

CRM and projects free for everyone. Time & Resources and Billing only for the people who use them.
