Product Owner
Own a module of FlowQi end-to-end. Utrecht-based, hands-on, and obsessed with making complex software feel simple.
You don’t manage a backlog. You own a product.
FlowQi is built around independent modules — AI, Time & Resources, CRM, Billing, and more. We’re looking for Product Owners who each take full ownership of one of these modules. You know it better than anyone. You shape its roadmap, work directly with engineers, talk to customers, and make it better every sprint.
Right now, the founders are the POs. We need to change that. This is a chance to take over something real and run with it.
The role is hybrid — we want you in Utrecht regularly. Product decisions are better made face-to-face, and the team is here.
What you’ll own
- The roadmap for your assigned module (AI, Time & Resources, CRM, or Billing)
- User stories that engineers can actually build from — no ambiguity
- Customer conversations — you talk to users, you understand their pain
- Prioritisation — you decide what’s next and why
- Cross-functional collaboration — design, engineering, marketing, support
- KPIs for your module — you define success and track it
What we’re looking for
- You’ve owned a product or significant feature set before — not just assisted
- You’re hands-on. You mock things up, you write specs, you jump in.
- Super agile — fast cycles, frequent change, and shipping things that learn
- You understand software deeply enough to have real conversations with engineers
- You use AI to work faster. This matters.
- You communicate clearly and directly — no waffle, no politics
- Utrecht or nearby. This is hybrid and presence matters.

- AI / Hummy — FlowQi’s AI agent layer. Complex, fast-moving, high impact.
- Time & Resources — Time tracking, budgeting, resource planning. Deep business logic.
- CRM & Sales — The customer relationship core of the platform.
- Billing & Invoicing — Where the money comes in for our clients.
Strong plus
- Background in B2B SaaS, agency tools, or professional services software
- You’ve worked in a startup where you wore multiple hats
- Experience with AI products or automation features
- Dutch language skills
