Product Lead

Not a PO. A builder.

FlowQi is built from full products under one roof — AI, Time & Resources, CRM, Billing, and more. Right now the founders carry product leadership across all of them. As we grow, with more teams and more to build, we need someone who can step in and truly own it: know the product better than anyone, shape its strategy, work directly with engineers, talk to customers, and make real product decisions.

We’re looking for a builder.

The role is hybrid — we want you in Utrecht regularly. Product decisions are better made face-to-face, and the team is here.

What you own

• Strategy & roadmap — for your product. What we build, why, and in what order.
• User stories and specs — engineers can build straight from them, no ambiguity
• Customer conversations — you talk to users, you understand their pain before they can describe it
• Technical trade-offs — security, RBAC, permissions, scalability — these are on the table in every decision
• Cross-functional — design, engineering, marketing, support
• KPIs — you define what success looks like for your product and track it

What we’re looking for

• You’ve owned a product or significant feature set before — not just supported
• Technical breadth — you don’t need to code yourself, but you understand what engineers run into, and you have real architecture conversations
• Security & permissions as a reflex — you think about RBAC, permission models, and what could break before it breaks
• Scalable thinking — decisions that work for 10 customers today need to work for 10,000 tomorrow. You weigh that.
• Entrepreneurial — you don’t wait for input, you go get it. You see what needs to happen and you do it.
• Hands-on. Mockups, specs, customer calls, all of it.
• Super agile — fast cycles, frequent change, shipping things that learn
• You use AI to work faster. This matters.
• Clear and direct — no waffle, no politics
• Utrecht or nearby. Hybrid and presence matters.

Strong plus

• Background in B2B SaaS, agency tools, or professional services software
• You’ve worked in a startup where you wore multiple hats
• Experience with AI products or automation features
• Prior experience with enterprise security, RBAC, or permission engines
• Dutch language skills
