Marketing Remote Full-time

Growth Marketer

Drive awareness and acquisition for FlowQi — data-first, AI-assisted, and fast. Own the full funnel: content, paid, SEO, and partnerships. Fully remote.

FlowQi is built. Now the world needs to know.

We’re looking for a marketer who doesn’t wait for a brief — you see the opportunity and go. You’ll own growth across channels: content, email, social, partnerships, and experiments we haven’t tried yet. You work directly with the founders, with real budget and real freedom.

No agencies. No layers. You own it.

What you’ll own

  • Growth strategy across acquisition channels
  • Content marketing — you brief it, sometimes you write it, always you ship it
  • Email campaigns and nurture flows
  • Campaign experiments — you test fast, cut fast, double down on what works
  • Analytics — you define the metrics that matter and report on them honestly
  • Partnerships and community plays

What we’re looking for

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience — you know how to market to businesses, not just consumers
  • You’re data-first. Every campaign has a hypothesis, every result gets analysed.
  • You use AI tools to move faster — content research, A/B copy, campaign analysis
  • Strong English. Dutch is a serious plus.
  • Self-starter — you don’t need hand-holding to know what to do next
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration

Strong plus

  • Experience marketing a platform or all-in-one tool
  • Familiarity with the agency / professional services market
  • Email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
  • Paid acquisition experience (even if not your primary skill)

What you get

  • Fully remote — work from anywhere
  • Direct collaboration with the founders
  • Real budget to experiment with
  • Competitive compensation
