FlowQi is an all-in-one platform — CRM, project management, time tracking, invoicing, AI agents — all connected. We’re a small, fast-moving team and we need engineers who can go from idea to production without hand-holding.
We don’t care whether you’re medior or senior. We care whether you’re sharp, autonomous, and genuinely good at what you do. A junior who moves like a senior and uses AI like a force multiplier? We want to talk.
The stack
- Frontend: Next.js, React — you’ll live here a lot
- Backend: NestJS (Node) and Python FastAPI — pick your weapon, know both
- Database: PostgreSQL — always, non-negotiable
- Infra: We’re cloud-native, multi-region (EU + global), Kubernetes
- AI: We build and run our own agents. You’ll use Cursor and Claude daily
What you’ll actually do
- Own features end-to-end — frontend, backend, data model, deployment
- Work directly with the founders on core product decisions
- Build AI-powered workflows that make FlowQi genuinely smarter
- Write code that’s meant to last — clean, tested, reviewable
- Move fast without breaking things (our clients trust us with their business)
What we need from you
- Medior minimum — but talent beats seniority every time
- You use AI agents (Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of your daily workflow — not occasionally, daily
- You’re the conductor, not the passenger. You control the AI, not the other way around
- You can read a business problem and translate it into the right data model and API
- You work async, independently, and communicate clearly
- You have opinions about architecture and aren’t afraid to say when something is wrong
Non-negotiables
- Strong TypeScript / JavaScript (React + Node)
- Solid Python or genuine willingness to become solid fast
- PostgreSQL — you understand relations, indexes, query performance
- Git, PRs, code review — you do this properly
- AI-native workflow. This is a dealbreaker.
Nice to have
- Experience with NestJS or FastAPI in production
- Kubernetes / Docker in real projects
- Built or contributed to an AI agent or automation pipeline
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS
