FlowQi operates in the Netherlands and the US. Invoices go out, bills come in, and a lot of things need to be checked, filed, and followed up. We need someone who takes ownership of that — someone sharp, detail-oriented, and not afraid to learn.

No finance degree required. No prior experience required. If you’re precise, reliable, and willing to learn with the help of our AI tools, we’ll teach you everything else.

What you’ll own

• Bookkeeping & reconciliation — making sure every number lines up
• Invoice processing — incoming and outgoing, NL and US
• Admin workflows — keeping documents, records, and processes tidy
• Financial follow-up — chasing payments, tracking what’s outstanding
• Tax & compliance support — working with our accountants and advisors
• US operations admin — helping manage the administrative side of our American entity

What we’re looking for

• Detail-obsessed — you notice when something doesn’t add up
• Reliable and consistent — this stuff needs to happen every week, not just when you feel like it
• Comfortable learning with AI tools — we’ll use agents to automate and assist, you stay in control
• Good with numbers and spreadsheets (you don’t need to be a wizard, but you shouldn’t be afraid)
• Dutch and English — both required
• Utrecht-based

No experience? No problem.

We work with AI agents that help with data processing, reconciliation checks, and workflow automation. If you’re smart and willing to learn, we’ll get you up to speed fast. We care about attitude and precision more than your CV.
