FlowQi runs on a multi-cloud, multi-region setup — dedicated EU infrastructure for our European clients, global infrastructure for everyone else. We take compliance, latency, and reliability seriously. As we scale, we need someone who can own this end-to-end.

We’re digital cloud nomads. Our infrastructure should be too — resilient, portable, and built to survive anything.

What you’ll own

  • Our Kubernetes clusters across EU and global regions
  • CI/CD pipelines — fast, reliable, zero-drama deployments
  • IaaS setup across multiple cloud providers
  • Monitoring, alerting, observability — you know when something breaks before we do
  • Cost optimization — cloud spend should always make sense
  • Developer experience — make it fast and easy for engineers to ship

The stack

  • Orchestration: Kubernetes (this is home base)
  • Cloud: Multi-provider — we’re cloud-agnostic by design
  • IaC: Terraform or Pulumi — you pick, you maintain it
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions and beyond
  • Observability: You tell us what we should be running
  • Containers: Docker, Helm, the usual suspects

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve run Kubernetes in production — not just locally
  • You’ve built and maintained CI/CD pipelines that engineers actually love
  • You understand IaaS deeply, not just click-ops
  • Multi-cloud experience — AWS, GCP, Azure, Hetzner, whatever. Breadth matters.
  • EU data residency, GDPR infrastructure — you know what that means in practice
  • You use AI tooling in your workflow. Automation is your instinct.
  • You can work autonomously and raise the flag when things get complex

Strong plus

  • Experience separating EU and global infrastructure cleanly
  • Kubernetes operator development
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms at scale
  • FinOps mindset — you watch the bill
