On March 27, 2026 we opened our Utrecht office and officially launched FlowQi. One day, two milestones.

Is FlowQi fully remote?
Remote is always an option, for everyone. We have offices in Utrecht, Dhaka, and Istanbul for those who want a physical workspace. You choose what works best.
How big is the team?
Small and global — spread across multiple continents. Small enough that your work has direct impact. Diverse enough that you'll learn something new every day.
What does the hiring process look like?
A short intro call with a founder, a small paid challenge (max 4 hours), a collaborative session, and a clear offer within a week. No trick questions, no games.
Do I need a specific degree?
No. We care about what you can do and how you think — not where you studied. Show us what you've built.
What's your tech stack?
Frontend: React and TypeScript. Backend: Node.js and Python. Infrastructure: Kubernetes for orchestration, multiple cloud providers, everything as Infrastructure as Code, fully microservices. EU data stays within the EU. Globally we run distributed for minimal latency worldwide.
