Serkan Ardahanli is a Dutch tech entrepreneur and Co-founder & CEO of FlowQi — a software company building a complete platform for project management, CRM, time tracking and invoicing.

Business background

Together with Clif Nuyens, Serkan founded FlowQi to replace fragmented systems inside organizations with one integrated solution. The idea: founders and agencies stop juggling between disconnected tools and get one workspace where CRM, projects, hours and invoices actually talk to each other.

Before FlowQi, Serkan spent over 16 years building software solutions in the transport and logistics industry — international and operational. He served as Managing Director at FleetGO Germany, where he opened the German market for a fleet management platform.

Vision

Serkan has one clear philosophy: entrepreneurship is a marathon, not a sprint. At FlowQi this translates into building a solid foundation before scaling, and a SaaS model that’s radically transparent — no hidden costs, no “upgrade to Premium for the basics”, no lock-in.

On the product side, he’s focused on developing “Digital Hummingbirds” — AI agents that actually execute tasks instead of just answering questions. Not a chatbot. Not suggestions without action. Instead: seeing what needs to happen, proposing what should change, and acting once the user approves.

Personal

In his spare time Serkan enjoys cars, football, tennis and city trips. Family always comes first — a value that’s also reflected in how FlowQi works: the team is spread across three continents, but family stays a priority.
