Introducing Hummy

Not an assistant that waits. An agent that works.

Hummy watches every project, resource and margin in your agency, continuously. Flags problems before they cost you, proposes the fix and executes it the moment you say yes.

  • You approve every action
  • Not used to train AI models
  • Zero extra setup
Sound familiar?

Monday, 08:47. You open your inbox.

Everything you are about to read was knowable on Friday. Nobody had the time to pull it together.

Three projects are behind

You hear it from the client, not from your schedule. The hours were there for weeks; nobody was looking.

Your margin is quietly leaking

Project Horizon is 'on schedule'. But the hours are climbing faster than budgeted, and you only see it at the post-calculation.

A deal is won. Now what?

Your best developer is booked solid until the end of next month. Who picks it up? Another afternoon of asking around.

Two clients are waiting for an update

Not because anything went wrong, but because nobody has the overview to send them one first. So you get the question instead of beating it.

What Hummy does

From signal to action, without you having to ask

Hummy reads what happens in FlowQi, connects the signals and proposes an action. You approve. Hummy executes. Three situations from a twelve-person agency.

A deal comes in. Hummy already knows who has room.

The moment a deal is marked won in your CRM, Hummy checks capacity for the requested start date. If someone is full, Hummy finds who can take it, with the right profile, and drafts the project plan.

This used to cost your operations lead three hours of asking around.

The project eating your margin: Hummy sees it in week 3.

Hummy compares logged hours with the budget and projects forward. When a project drifts, you hear about it while you can still steer, not after the invoice has gone out.

Without Hummy this surfaced in week 11, too late to act.

You stay in control

Built to be trusted

You approve

Hummy proposes, you decide. Every action asks for approval, unless you set an action category to run automatically yourself.

Audit log

Every recommendation, approval and executed action is recorded: who approved what, when and why.

Within your permissions

Hummy has the same access as the user who configures it. What you cannot see, Hummy cannot see either.

Not training data

Hummy remembers how your agency works, but no AI model is trained on your clients, projects or numbers.

Autonomy per category

You decide per type of action how independent Hummy may be: from proposal only to executing straight away with a notification.

EU hosting, GDPR

Data of EU customers lives in the EU cluster, with a European provider.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Hummy

Do I need to train or set up Hummy?

No. Hummy works with the data already in FlowQi: your clients, projects, tasks and logged hours. There is nothing to import or configure.

Can Hummy do something without me knowing?

No, unless you set an action category to run automatically yourself. By default Hummy makes a proposal and you approve. Every action is in the audit log.

How much does Hummy cost?

Hummy is part of Core, at $25 per user per month ($20 billed yearly). There is no separate AI fee. Working in FlowQi from your own AI assistant through MCP also works on Basic, with 1,000 calls a month.

What is MCP and why does it matter?

MCP is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor talk to your software. Through MCP you read your FlowQi projects, log time and add comments from the assistant you already use, within your permissions and with an audit log.

We're only 8 people. Is this for us?

Yes. When nobody works on planning and margin full time, Hummy does the groundwork that otherwise stays undone.

What can Hummy not do yet?

Hummy works inside FlowQi. Actions in other tools need an integration, and client communication always goes through you.

Is Hummy a chatbot?

No. A chatbot waits for your question and answers. Hummy watches on its own, flags and proposes an action, and you approve.

Let Hummy work a week for your agency. Then you decide.

No credit card, no commitment. Just see what it feels like when the groundwork is already done.
