Annoying, right?
You have a CRM, a project tool and a time tracker. Each bought for one problem, each with its own subscription. And they do not talk to each other.
You pay per seat. Including the intern who left in June, last quarter's freelancer and that one colleague who logged in once.
The feature you actually need sits in the next package up. Double the price, for one checkbox.
Someone asks whether a project is still on budget. You do not know, because the hours are in one tool and the budget in another.
A client wants to add another project next month. You say yes, and only then work out who actually has time.
Done switching between tools?
CRM, projects, time tracking, invoicing, and capacity planning. Finally in one platform. One login, one database, one flow.
How it works
How FlowQi fits together
You start with your clients and your projects, free. Work for clients or internally, and add hours and invoicing when you need them.
Your client sits at the centre
Every client has one place. That is where the contacts, the conversations and the projects you do for that client live. You never have to dig through your inbox to find out where things stand.
Projects for a client, or internally with your team
Create a project, add tasks and share them out across your team. If it belongs to a client, you link it to that record. If it is internal work, you leave that link empty. You see at a glance what is done and what is not.
Log your hours on the project
Those hours count towards that project's budget straight away. And you see who has room for the next project and who is already full. Only the people who log hours pay for this.
Your hours become your invoice
The hours logged on the project are already there as invoice lines. Fixed services and products come straight from your catalogue. You send it, and then see who has paid and who needs a reminder.
Meet Hummy — FlowQi AI in action
Most SaaS tools add AI as a chatbot on the side. Hummy is different — it's woven into every module. It monitors projects, flags risks, drafts invoices, and takes action the moment you approve.

What agencies say
We built FlowQi together with Serkan and Clif over the course of a year. Now our whole agency runs on it. Clients, projects, hours: finally one platform that does our work for us.
Baran BedirFounder, blurple studioThose rules were not written by you
Paying per seat. The feature you need sitting one package up. Signing for a year before you know whether it works. That is how business software has been sold for twenty years, and it has never been in your favour. That is where we started: not to add another tool, but to take those habits out.
What we don't do
- No charging per seat. Putting your whole team in costs nothing extra, including this summer's intern and this quarter's freelancer.
- No features locked behind a pricier package. What is in there is in there for everyone.
- No AI as a separate line on the bill. Hummy belongs to the product.
- No annual contract, no minimum number of users, and no platform fee before you have used anything.
- Comparable platforms ask for a five-seat minimum before you can start, at around 20 dollars per seat. That is 100 dollars a month before you have done anything. You start at zero.
What you get today
- Free with your whole team, with no end date and no credit card.
- Unlimited contacts, organisations, projects and tasks. In list, board or calendar view.
- Your own MCP server. Connect your AI assistant straight to your clients, projects and hours, so you can ask instead of clicking through. Free as well, with 1,000 calls a month.
- Two-step verification, and your data out whenever you want. You are not locked in.
- Your data in Europe or globally. You choose where it lives.
- Fast priority support, and you talk to the people who built it.
FlowQi is not another CRM. We started with the questions you actually sit with as an agency: will I get this project done, do I have the people for it, and will I make anything on it. We built the platform around that, not the other way round. We do not want to be the sixth tool in your stack, but the place where agencies that work like this come together.
Serkan ArdahanliFounder of FlowQiFrequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Is FlowQi only for agencies?
FlowQi is built for any team that sells time and delivers projects — agencies, consultancies, studios, freelancers, and professional service firms. If your revenue depends on billable hours and project margins, FlowQi is built for you.
How is FlowQi different from Monday, Asana, or ClickUp?
Those tools do task management well. But they don’t connect your CRM, time tracking, resource planning, and invoicing. You still need five other subscriptions to run your business. FlowQi replaces the stack — one platform, one database, one price.
What about pricing and feature tiers?
FlowQi is per user — but we don’t lock features behind tiers. No ‘upgrade to Business for resource planning.’ You get the full platform from day one. And we’re working on solving the sleeping seat problem too — you shouldn’t pay for accounts nobody uses.
Can I import data from my current tools?
Yes. We support CSV imports for contacts, deals, and projects. Our team also helps with migration during onboarding — for free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — no credit card required. Founding members get extended access, personal onboarding, and direct contact with the product team.
What does the AI agent actually do?
Hummy handles the repetitive work your team does every week — status checks, capacity lookups, invoice drafts, risk flags. It’s not a chatbot. It takes action inside your data, with your approval.
Ready to ditch the tool chaos?
One platform for your clients, projects and hours. Free with your whole team, with no end date and no credit card.
